Some furnishings if you don’t have any or if you do, some room to put those. Bath, shower, washer, dryer, refrigerator and cupboard space. We’ll share utensils. Share cleaning, but I’m not obsessive. I am clean and neat. You’re welcome to use any of my tools for crafts or hobbies.
Ideally a couple of clean hippie types. I have chickens, fruit trees, berries, herbs and vegetable garden. You could help for enjoyment if you’d like. You are welcome to my canned fruit (and fresh fruit and vegetables) and eggs. Barbecue outside and lounge on the grass. Good neighbors. Good walking and exercise areas with a grade school a block away and close to the Greenbelt. Post Office, Library, Stores all within easy walking distance.
My preferences for roommates have neatness, courtesy, and Christian ethics. I’m middle-aged and would be agreeable to any age. If you’re younger, just think of me as an Uncle. You would have plenty of run of the home. You can be comfortable here. I would aim to please and be unobtrusive after we established house rules. No smoking and drinking is discouraged, but tolerated.
